Refund policy

Pre-Order Pickup Policy

All pre-ordered items must be picked up at the location and time specified during checkout. Refunds will not be provided for items that are not picked up during the scheduled window.

If you are unable to pick up your item at the specified pickup location and time, please contact marcella@chezdubarry.com. In certain circumstances, we may provide an alternate pickup option, but this is solely at the owner's discretion and is not guaranteed.

Request a Refund

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.  To request a refund, you can contact us at marcella@chezdubarry.com .

If your refund request is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your request, please contact us at marcella@chezdubarry.com
