Maybe it’s just us, but we believe there are few joys in life superior to eating freshly baked bread. In fact, we’d go so far as to say that eating real bread, the kind that’s crafted by hand with just a few simple ingredients, can be transformative - at least that’s been our experience!

Our Process

Meet Marcella


During my 20’s, I spent several years living in Europe and I fell in love…with bread! Seriously, I consumed more baguettes and croissants during that time than I care to admit. Everytime I walked into a boulangerie, I was like a kid in a candy store; I couldn’t believe that these beautiful breads and pastries were available on every corner.  

When I returned to the US, I couldn’t find good bread anywhere so I started making my own. What started as a hobby, quickly turned into a bit of an obsession. I read every book I could get my hands on, started experimenting with different types of flours, took a few classes, and baked a lot of bread. I soon realized that I loved baking bread as much as I loved eating it; but what truly brings me joy is sharing bread with others and I can’t wait to share it with you!
