Subscription FAQs

How Do I Sign Up?

You can purchase monthly subscriptions online starting on the 15th of each month for the following month. For example, December subscriptions will be available beginning November 15th.

Due to the boutique nature of our business, subscription slots are limited each month and may sell out quickly, so be sure to order early!

Subscriptions listed as "Sold Out" are no longer available for purchase.

Where and When Do I Pick Up?

Weekly pickups will take place on Saturdays from 9am -12pm at the Fort Mill Farmers Market in Downtown Fort Mill. You will receive a reminder email each week with the pickup hours and location.

What If I'm Out of Town or Can't Make the Pickup Window?

If you can't make the pickup, feel free to have a friend or family member collect your order! Any uncollected subscription items will be donated after 24hrs. 

Refunds will not be provided for items that are not picked up during the scheduled window.

Can I Order Add-Ons or Additional Items?

Yes! Each week we'll offer a variety of breads options and seasonally inspired pastries. These will be available for online preorders through Tuesday evening.

If you have a special request for additional items, please contact marcella@chezdubarry.com. We'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I Order Bread without a Subscription?

Yes, a selection of breads and pastries will be available for purchase to non-subscribers each week. Online orders must be placed by Tuesday evening for Saturday pickup.
