Made in the style of traditional Nordic and German style rye breads, this 100% whole grain rye bread is hearty and dense with a deep, nutty flavor. It's studded with chopped rye berries, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Slice it thin and serve it with some sharp cheese, smoked fish, or as a base for an open-faced sandwich. It's also divine with a thick schmear of your favorite salted butter!
