This 100% Whole Wheat sourdough loaf is made with organic, stone-ground, whole wheat locally milled by Carolina Ground in Hendersonville, NC. The flour is made from a NuEast wheat varietal which is grown on organic acreage in Wake Forest, North Carolina. This is truly a local loaf - grown, milled, and baked in the Carolinas!
Ingredients: Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Sea Salt.
