You can now preorder items online from Sunday to Tuesday for pickup in Downtown Fort Mill on Friday, December 5th between 2pm and 7pm. 

If an item shows as "Sold Out," it's no longer available for online preorders but can still be purchased in-person at the Farmers Market.

A mix of 50/50 whole wheat and rye, Pain de Méteil is a traditional, rustic-style French loaf harkening back to the 18th century when wheat and rye were often grown in the same field and milled together. The mixture of whole wheat and rye produces a hearty, flavorful loaf with a dense crumb. Lovely with a cultured butter, sharp cheese, or as an accompaniment to any meal.

We craft our Pain de Méteil with organic, stone-ground, whole wheat and rye locally grown in North Carolina and milled by Carolina Ground in Hendersonville, NC. This is truly a local loaf - grown, milled, and baked in the Carolinas! 

 

Ingredients: Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Rye Flour, Filtered Water, Sea Salt.

  • 4. Pick Up and Enjoy

    Meet us at the Fort Mill Farmers Market on Saturday morning from 9am - 12pm to collect your pre-ordered items or purchase in person. Bon appetit!
